International Conference on Computer and Communications (IC3)
The International Conference on Computer and Communications (IC3) is the flagship conference of India in the areas of Communications, Signal Processing, Machine Learning, and Networks. It will be organized in 2025, during 28th April - 29th April 2025, at Galgotias College of Engineering and Technology (GCET), Greater Noida. IC3-2025 will be an hybrid event, featuring technical paper sessions, poster sessions, tutorials, workshops, and invited talks by renowned researchers from around the globe.
Accepted papers will be submitted for inclusion into UGC Care I and UGC Care II, subject to meeting UGC Care General scope and quality requirements. Prospective authors are encouraged to submit their original research findings in the following and related areas. More details about the submission process will be available soon.
The IC3 will be hosted at GCET, located in Greater Noida. This city is a growing hub of education and industry, situated near the national capital region of India.
